Hi,

This question has been asked before, but it seems it has never been
answered.

I have a real aircraft which is accompanied by a few simulated
aircrafts.

Currently, both types of aircrafts interface their own flightgear
instance via the net_fdm and net_ctrl interface, while all flightgear
instances are connected together via a local server.

I only need the graphical output for the real aircraft and want to
disable the unnecessary graphical outputs (to reduce work load).

I see two options here:

a) disable graphical output for the simulated aircrafts

b) send position and attitude directly to the server, instead of sending
it to a flightgear instance

Is a) achievable without having to patch countless source files of
flightgear?

Otherwise, how can I send my position and attitude to a flightgear
server?

Regards,

Jonas
