Gene upgraded the Jenkins master at the weekend and it seems the Windows
slaves haven't reconnected since. I'm travelling later today, but I'll
send Gene a note now.
The issue was caused by the failure of a DEC power controller that I had
powering the rack. I just checked and it's building again.
