Sounds like you've got some browser/proxy caches you need to refresh. Those links should be 404ing, but the main page doesn't refer to them any more.
The main website should look like this (with the fluentnhibernate.org domain): http://jagregory.github.com/fluent-nhibernate/ If you're not seeing that, you've got an overzealous cache somewhere.
