You're on OS X, so get it here www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/software/Macintosh/osx/ default.aspx Check and reset all tabs in preferences if needed. Maybe you have the wrong speed or wrong transport. Maybe it just needs to be reset. Is it taking too much RAM? Is something else hogging resources?
