FLUXLIST: a blog

2006-02-02 Thread Reid Wood
Sorry for the delay on this - my ISP had its e-mail server fry about a week ago, and it is just now back to complete functionality. First, I couldn't receive or send e-mail, then I could receive, but not send. Anyway ...I now have a blog; check it out if you are interested:http://havent-gardeart.blogspot.comReid Reid Wood (State of Being)[EMAIL PROTECTED]"Haven't-Garde Art"

RE: FLUXLIST: M. A. N.

2006-02-02 Thread jolly mason
If your going to make a website and take it that seriously, get it right!!!

I don’t know who noticed, but the M.A.N. site is full of spelling mistakes
and bad grammar... Maybe they have been overhearing their kids' music a
little too much...

Don’t know what that says about Trinity Graphics!!!

New Website Update. Thanks to our friends at Trinity Graphics we've
uploaded our new site and now have a new and improved site. Let us know what
you think! (WWW.mothersagainstnoise.us)

HAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHA

Aaahh nice!
Just had to copy below text so you won't miss any goodies from that M.A.N.
site...

quote:
Noise Music holds a intellectual philosophy of nihilism, chaos, self abuse,

despair, and a rejection of natural law and delivers its demented message in

the same style that a rock and roll act would use. It is a very deceptive
trick that is aimed at corrupting our youth. These people are outspokenly
hell bent on destroying our civilization and all that is good. In this post
9-11 world we cannot let this kind of evil continue, terrorism of every kind

must be stopped! We must cleanse the earth of evil for the new world order
to exist -degenerate ideas must be removed - or they will consume everyone
into a pit of eternal suffering. We are the light and the way. We must fight

smarter and harder than our enemies, we will bring truth were others only
bring lies.
end quote.

Yours,
Björn Eriksson

Good to hear that it's finally arrived!
The horse must've stopped many times to piss.

Thanks to all who participated.
Would've been nice to have more
(noticed that a full third were by persons who
haven't even posted in a very long time),
but I can't explain either the lack of interest or
sudden lack of creativity, time, or (?).
Haven't heard from John himself yet -
he's probably in shock after hearing
what we did to his work!

Anyway, lovely variety from simple reading
to raga rock to slash and burn!

Do let us know when the podcast is available.

Sure Reid! I'm in the middle of cleaning them up some
and I'm discovering the iLife 06 podcasting software.
It's suppose to make things easier, but it has it's own
limitations that I'm trying to get by. In some ways,
the easiest would be just to broadcast the stuff,
but it locks people into mandatory listening timezones,
so, I'll continue with this podcast idea.

I wanted to do a submission on John M. Bennett. Just let me know when
you want it and where and how to send it and I will.
