I don't know if it's a solution to that problem. What about a slightly
semantic change: "Continued on next page" :)

Does any one know how I can generate a "Continued on Page 2" message on the
bottom of Page 1 and so on throughout a document.  I have looked at

Page citation arithmetic -e,g, "Continued on Page 2"

I need to put a reference at the bottom of the first page of each invoice I
produce saying "Continued on Page x",  Is there a way I can put do
reference the current page number And add 1 to it, or some other way count
pages.
