RE: FOP vs. FOP+Cocoon
I don't think missing features are a problem in themselves. However, yours is the first definitive assertion from a developer that those features mentioned by me actually don't exist. I'm sure my company will continue to use Cocoon with its - not too extensive and, by now, known to us - limitations for Web solutions, and FOP without Cocoon for mere print projects. For these projects it would be really user-friendly to have a FOP GUI. (For this reason I wrote to the FOP dev list, not to the Cocoon list.) I reckon such an interface would not reduce the merit of Cocoon or Cocoon programmers for those (numerous) features that have been implemented.
