[VOTE] Matthias Reischenbacher for committer

Hi PMC,

I propose to make Matthias Reischenbacher a committer on the FOP 
project. Matthias is already on the active contributors list and has 
been for a few months. I just did a quick tally of his activity. He's 
submitted 9 patches including one last week, and reported 12 other bugs. 
I think he should be a committer. Here's my +1 vote. Vote to general@ 
please. The vote will conclude in 7 days
