fop bug with fo:footnote and 2 columns documents

When I use footnotes and 2 columns documents, the first column sometimes 
enter inside de area of the footnote.

I can't find similiar behaviour in fop bugzilla, but i'm not a fop expert.
Does anybody have the same problem?
