Strange, but seems to work:
When I change page-position="any" to page-position="rest" in the second
fo:repeatable-page-master-alternatives, it does not work any more!
I looked to FOP sources and it seems to use flags like isFirst, isLast,
isRest... on every new page to choose the right template page-master to
use.
Tomorrow, the big test on the Xerox. It will be heart-braking if it fails!
