Re: FOP 0.20.5 and WORDML: Invalid Image URL
Hi Chris, I'm using FOP 0.20.5 because with FOP 0.92beta I obtain lots of validation errors. I'm using wordml and that is not very obvious to handle, as Jeremias has already pointed out, but if you have a solution, I swap now, no doubt. Re: FOP 0.20.5 and WORDML: Invalid Image URL
Hi Jeremias, I know the Microsoft's stylesheet is far from complete. I am not pointing at FOP, that I am currently using to parse xml and xsl files to convert them into pdf's and works perfectly. I'm just trying to see if somebody had the same problem I have and found a solution. Any help will be welcome. -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/FOP-0.20.5-and-WORDML%3A-Invalid-Image-URL-tf2050142.html#a5682598 Sent from the FOP - Users forum at Nabble.com. - To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Re: FOP 0.20.5 and WORDML: Invalid Image URL
Before you point the finger at FOP I suggest you look at the XSL-FO generated by the word2fo stylesheet. Some images don't even make it into the FO so no wonder that FOP can't display it. Looks like Microsoft's stylesheet is far from complete. That is over 4 years old and dead now. Try 0.92beta or the latest code from SVN. If problems persist then you are more likely to get help with the issues. FOP 0.20.5 and WORDML: Invalid Image URL
Hi, I have few problems with wordml documents that I want to transform in pdf. - copied and paste images don't print out - resized pictures appear without resizing - headers and footers appear in the top of the page, all mixed up I use fop 0.20.5 with the modification apported by Jeremias Maerki explained in the following link: http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=fop-user&m=110875657902117&w=2 And the xsl files are the word2fo from the microsoft page http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/odc_wd2003_ta/html/OfficeWordWordMLtoXSL-FO.asp I attach http://www.nabble.com/user-files/191/test.xml test.xml and http://www.nabble.com/user-files/192/foptest.xml foptest.xml They are the test files I'm using. I start thinking that perhaps is a bit early to try and tranform wordml in pdf with fop in the case of complicated files, but perhaps somebody has already the solution.
