Copy build.properties to build-local.properties and adjust or create an empty text file build-local.properties and add a single line: fop.home= ...then build. But there's no documentation, yet. However, the building process is analogous to building the FOP 0.20.5 extension. He is traveling to ApacheCon (which starts June 26--tomorrow), so he may not be able to respond quickly. I suspect Barcode4J requires some updates to work with the latest TRUNK code.
