Complete re-install of foreman solved the issue.

[foreman-users] Unattended provisioning stuck in re-install loop

Hi guys

First post here. Have been trying out Foreman for a while now and with the 
last update 1.12.3 unattended provisioning has stopped working.
Virtual machines does not seem to report back that they have been built. Or 
maybe they do, but pxelinux.cfg/ is not updated to instruct the 
virtual machine to boot from local disk. Instead it re-installs the OS 
again and again... Manually changing pxelinux.cfg/ has the intended 
affect and the vm boots. But Foreman is left in the dark. 'Pending 
installation' is not changed.

Anyone seeing the same issue?
