Hi everyone, During this week's regular meeting, the Board of Directors approved some updates to the Foundation's conference spending policy. The updated version can be viewed on the wiki:

Some background: the conference spending policy is part of a set of financial procedures that the board put in place during its hackfest last October. The goal here is to reduce the amount of work involved in making decisions, as well as the obvious benefit of providing clarity to the different groups involved. I hope that the policy is clear.
