RE: AW70 AKP

I'll continue supposing that the AKP is the Annunciator Keyboard Panel, and
the way to restore its functionality is to turn off/on the GCIO.
...I think..

I'll start with the simplest question. What is AKP?

Hi all
is anyone experienced with AKP on AW70 ???
I've one Plant with 70s Series running 6.2 with AKP configured which
very (very !!) often freeze - stop calling displays, receiving alarms
 - and the only way to restore the functionality is to
power-off/power-on.
From CSC no trace of this problem - as i can see - so why not ask
about
it on Foxboro's GURU list ???
Bye Bye

Legacy Historian Upgrade

2001-09-27 Thread Bertollini, Paride

Hi,
Is anyone of you already experienced with an upgrade of a Legacy historian?
Customer needs to make larger his historian, from 500 to 1000 points
without loosing his preexisting configuration.
Do the saveh50 and loadh50 utilities allow this?

Step by step:
-saveh50
-recommit with new historian size(same name)
-loadh50
is this possible or is it enough?I've looked on Helpful hints, CARS, but
i've not found documents about this.
Thank you in advance.
