There are 2 options (that I am aware of).

1) Make a todo for that issue. Unfortunately the Gitlab Todo list floods 
itself with other stuff, so you need to constantly clean it.


2) Add a "reaction" (i.e. a thumbs up, or any other you can find in the 
list.
The issue search allows to search for "My reaction". So reactions can be 
your "watchlist". (you need to know which reaction you used)

Please don't misunderstand  my word "de-motivating" as criticism, I 
should not have used it, sorry.

I know, which is exactly why I suggest Werner to contact the devels on this ML.
So, what I believe Werner wants to ask is that he would like someone
to review his patch in said issue.


It would be not very helpful on my part to answer here and do nothing else :)

If you look at the issue, you will see I already merged it before replying to 
his mail here.
