You are right, there is very little information out there about "Groups". There 
is an icon next to the add a folder icon that will add a group or it is 
available under the Insert menu when you have the book selected.

So, in the online "help" for FM2019, there's a section about all the different 
things that you can add to a book, and there is a single entry that states 
"learn more about groups and how to add them," yet there is not a single 
explanation about what a group is/does and that statement is not even a link as 
the text implies. GRRR. . .

This list, as usual, is the source of help.
