Art has a good suggestion. Download the Trial version of RH8. It's fully

Hi Susan,

Judging by the tone of your message, I can only assume that you do not have
RoboHelp 7 or RoboHelp 8 in your tool kit. If you had RH7 or RH8, you could
just import the RH6 project file.

Hi, Framers,

I've tried all the obvious and usual suspects, but no one is coming through.

Here's the problem: my company acquired another software firm and I
inherited their docs, which were created in Word and RH6. Before we jettison
the existing docs and move them to FM, I need to make some updates to the RH
version. This required RH6. Unfortunately, the media was lost in the move. I
have the serial number, but no software. Multiple phone calls and support
cases opened with Adobe have yielded absolutely nothing. They even went so
far as to give me a busted FTP URL and then deny that such a thing existed.
Go figure.

I realize that this group has absolutely nothing to do with RH, but you're
the most innovative and creative problem solvers I know, so I'm throwing
myself on your mercy. Anyone have any ideas?

Will,
Good talking with you. I am using RoboHelp for HTML version 8. I am stuck
with field content level help. I am using IDH prefixes before my topics for
my field level help.
For example, IDH_Service_Date mapped to map id 1. I am letting RoboHelp
assign numbers. I also went it to map id's and made sure all my map topics
are assigned to an it number. Robohelp forum said for me to make sure the
following is done:

1. Project setup > windows seting >auto synchronize t.o.c check box
2. When i generate the file, (html output), in the screen HTML Help options
> select Edit button> t.o.c styles tab > complete this form and make sure
always show selection is selected.

Please refer to my screen. The right side is correct and shows my field
level description. The left side has the books collapsed and they should be
expanding to the related topic. I can only map one id for each topic,
correct?

Can you help me?

Thanks

TriZetto inquiry

2009-04-21 Thread Will Husa
Hi All,

I'm new to this list. Milan Davidovic recommended that I seek your advice.
I'm researching a company called TriZetto and I was looking to see if anyone
in this forum had any dealings with them.

Thanks for your help,

Will
