FM9: Import PDF comments in all files in book?
Hi group Is there a way to import PDF comments in all files in a book at once? The only workaround I see now is to: 1. Select the option Generate Separate PDF Document for Each Selected File. 2. Distribute the individual chapters of a book for review. 3. Import the PDF comments chapter by chapter. Any other ideas? Hi Yves, When RJ Jacquez presented FrameMaker 10 on the tekom conference this was one of the features. As I do not have FM 9, I did not know whether this was new. If FM 9 cannot import comments across all files in a book, your approach seems to be reasonable.
