Hi Linda, The TOC and Index are just like any other file. FrameMaker creates tags but they probably do not look the way you want. You need to modify the tags to look the way that you would like them to. Check with your teammates and manager for their location. When you find them, open them, and open the unformatted generated TOC and index you created. With the unformatted TOC active, use File Import Formats and choose the TOC template to import its formatting; do the same from the unformatted index. If you don't have formatted index and TOC templates from older documents, you can go into your templates folder and find a few starting points. If any of them look viable, you can do File Import Formats . You'll probably only want to grab the Master Pages (for the layout) and the paragraph tags, which you'll then have to modify to your set. Peter, That did it. But now I have another problem. I wanted registration marks and specified them everywhere I could think of, but they aren't showing, even though I made sure Western was selected in both the Print Book dialog and the subdialog PDF Setup for Selected Files. Anyone have any idea what's going on?
