Hi Esperanza,
Yes there are two qualified technicians in Paris.
We work with Christophe Goulard who can fix and refurbish anything in the 801 
Macro, including adding new features such as an ASA selector or a 24.000 fps 
crystal sync option.
If you want to work with Christophe the best is to send the camera to Re:Voir 
because we sell his cameras and work with him regularly. He works out of his 
home and sometimes keeps strange hours, doesn’t reply reliably, but his work is 
great.
Andre Egido used to be a technician at Braun and he can fix them as well 
including the complicated sound cameras like the 6080. He has a website and 
also works out of his home outside Paris.

[Frameworks] Old heads! A Paul at UPenn.

[John Muse]

Hi, folks.  I met someone at a party who had been a student of a cinema person 
at UPenn, a Paul who would have taught experimental film, “flicker films” and 
"crazy stuff."  Likely in the 80’s.  Maybe affiliated with Cinema 16.

Doing. Contaremos con la presencia del autor, que nos mostrará en su FORMATO 
ORIGINAL (16/35mm) una selección de piezas que muestran una versátil 
exploración técnica y conceptual. Una serie de películas que abarcan un 
recorrido de experimentación en torno a la luz, la performance, el metraje 
encontrado, la química de las plantas, y las mismas propiedades fotoquímicas 
del film. Una obra que muestra su interés por el CINE EXPERIMENTAL y el CINE 
EXPANDIDO y que se enmarca dentro de una aproximación crítica hacia la 
modernidad y la posmodernidad, en busca de nuevos significados de lo real y lo

Although one archive may not want it, another might. I've sent nitrate 
to the LOC several times, and I know  other archives had footage (it was 
a Chaplin film, Those Love Pangs), but the LOC still wanted it for their 
collection.

Hi, make sure mricordeltabaears have the parts as My leicina special
had a holiday in Spain for a very long & then got sent back as could
not get the parts after telling me there did have parts with many
emails saying yes can fix !
out come had to wait a long time with no fix / did send back by free post !
Check out also a shop in Berlin name has escape me there sell & fix camera's .
