[Frameworks] Free junk film

2020-04-28 Thread Julian Antos
We have a couple boxes of 16mm and a small box of 35mm "junk" film that can
be used for scratch animation, found footage, practice reels for
projection, etc. May have perf damage, faded color, or other issues.
Verified to be not interesting, unique, or otherwise watchable content on
its own, but perhaps you can make it wonderful.

If you'd like some, send an email off list. Free!

2020-04-28 Thread Rick Prelinger
If anybody would like junk film (mostly 16mm) in large quantities, please let
me know. Every so often we have a lot of material to give away — old
workprints, outtakes, tracks, leader, release prints, etc. This isn’t an
immediate offer because of the pandemic, but it’s ongoing.

Hi, yes, to all who are able to donate junk film for use in found footage
projects I would very much welcome any donations and am willing to pay for
shipping to Miami. Don't have a lot of storage space, so smaller boxes,
shorter reels are my preference. Eternally grateful.

enjoy today...

Re: [Frameworks] Free junk film

2020-04-28 Thread Morgan Hoyle-Combs
 Hello Rick and everyone else.
At the moment, I would love some 16mm outtakes and work prints. If there are
those who would be willing to trade, I have a box of 35mm trailers and 8mm
short movies that I could offer in exchange for 16mm stuff, as well as a roll
of 8mm splicing tape. Keep me in mind!
Thanks
