Family Reunion Taco Soup

1 onion 
1 bell pepper 
1 pound hamburger meat 
1 can (24oz)cut up tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste 
1/2 cup picante sauce 2 cans pinto beans
2 cans corn 
1 pkg taco seasoning 
1 pkg ranch dressing mix 
2 cups water

1. In a skillet brown onion, bell pepper and hamburger. 
2. Combine with all other ingredients in large pot. 
3. Simmer for 30 min. 

Serve in bowl topped first with tortilla chips,shredded sharp cheese, and a 
dollup sour cream. Serves around 3 men who go back for seconds.

Free Recipes Red Lobster Cheese Biscuits

Red Lobster Cheese Biscuits

Dough:
1 1/4 lbs. Bisquik
3 Oz. freshly shredded cheddar cheese
11 Oz. cold water

Garlic Spread:
1/2 cup melted butter
1 teas. garlic powder
1/4 teas. salt
1/8 teas. onion powder
1/8 teas. dried parsley

To cold water, add Bisquik and cheese, blending in a mixing bowl. Mix until 
dough is firm. Using a small scoop, place the dough on a baking pan lined with 
baking paper. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden 
brown. While biscuits bake, combine spread ingredients. Brush baked biscuits 
with the garlic topping.

Texas Bean Dip

1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained OR 12 ounces fully cooked ground beef 
1 cup onion, minced 
1 teaspoon garlic, minced 
2 teaspoons vegetable oil 
1 (15-ounce) can black beans 
1 (15-ounce) can black-eye peas 
1 (15-ounce) can pinto beans 
1 (15-ounce) can whole kernel corn 
1 (16-ounce) jar salsa with cilantro 
1 (16-ounce) jar salsa with chipotle 
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced 
Saute onion and garlic in 2 teaspoons vegetable oil. 
Drain and rinse beans, black-eye peas and corn. Add to onion and garlic. 
Stir in the ground beef and salsas and heat through. Sprinkle with fresh 
cilantro. 
Serve in a crockpot with tortilla chips. 
Serves 12 to 24.
Tip: Pre-cooked ground beef crumbles or shredded beef may be substituted for a 
quick shortcut.
Tip: Add 1 to 2 chilies from a can of chipotle peppers in Adobo sauce for a 
hotter flavor.

Free Recipes Yogurt-Cranberry Pie

Yogurt-Cranberry Pie

1 (6-ounce) package orange gelatin 
3/4 cup boiling water 
2 cups plain yogurt 
2 cups cranberry sauce 
2 cups non-dairy whipped topping (see note)
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell 
In a bowl dissolve orange gelatin with 3/4 cup boiling water. Stir in yogurt 
and cranberry sauce. Mix well. Chill for 1 hour, or until thickened, stirring 
occasionally. 
Fold in 2 cups non-dairy whipped topping then pour into a 9-inch baked pie 
shell. 
Chill for 4 hours, or until set. 
Makes 8 servings.
Note: An 8-ounce container of non-dairy whipped topping contains 3 cups. Use 
the remaining cup to garnish pie, if desired.
