Fiesta Cilantro Fondue

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
 
Ingredients:

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Creamy Chicken Verde Soup 
1/4 cup beer 
1/2 cup Pace® Cilantro Chunky Salsa 
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
Suggested Dippers: French bread cubes, assorted Pepperidge Farm® crackers, 
cooked breaded chicken nuggets, steamed vegetables (asparagus spears, broccoli 
flowerets, red potato wedges) and/or tortilla chips

Directions:

MIX soup and beer in medium saucepan over medium heat until hot. Add salsa and 
cheese. Heat through until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
POUR into fondue pot or slow cooker. Serve warm with dippers. Makes 2 cups.
