Hate me, sue me, whatever.. but this is what I would *LOVE* to see. Ya know thoes lil apps that sit in the IE5 window like the news bar, and stuff? Well theres a little program that lets you leave comments on webpages, and it sits in a little rectangle on the side of the IE window.. These are two fairly different beasts.
