On re-boot after installing FreeBSD 9.0 (with the installation CD removed, of 
course), BIOS reports (I paraphrase) no bootable disk or defective drive.

If I subsequently reboot the installation CD, take the <shell> option in the 
install program, and use the disklabel program, first with '-w', and then with 
'-B', and then reboot (after removing the CD), the system boots, but not 
correctly (at least not as I would expect) because the "boot:" prompt apppears.
