After a long absense, newmidi now supports CS461x/428x PCI Audio and GUS midi, with some bug fix. Both pcm and midi on an ISA PnP/ PCI card now work(for SB/GUS/CS461x). Microtimeout and APIC timer patches are separated from newmidi. Please follow the document at: http://www.freebsd.org/~tanimura/newmidi/ to install newmidi. Thanks!
