Where are this file. On 4.5 release not. Maybe on curent. If you can
find this files let me know.

SH What do you mean?  There's already nl_langinfo(3) support.  All locales
SH in /usr/share/locale seem to have LC_MONETARY and LC_NUMERIC definition
SH files.

Why are you asking about stable on the -current mailing list?  Please
