Without a full path, it's a little difficult to identify the exact location of
this file.  I disagree about the comma, the sentence needs a pause there. 
Finally, this appears to be Subversion code that would need to be modified by
the upstream project to have a lasting effect.

The there should be no ',' in the sentence on line 24. The clause after the
comma is not a complete sentence.
