Light rework of 2.2 with attempt to clarify Intel support of amd64 architecture
and 2 minor spelling fixes

I reworked the beginning of section 2.2 in order to clarify Intel's support of
the amd64 architecture. Also added a link to the FreeBSD download page, and
fixed two minor spelling mistakes later in the chapter.

Bug ID: 210360
Summary: Lack of correlation between handbook and release on
system requirements. [Section 2.2]
   Product: Documentation
   Version: Latest
  Hardware: Any
OS: Any
Status: New
  Severity: Affects Many People
  Priority: ---
 Component: Documentation
  Assignee: freebsd-doc@FreeBSD.org
  Reporter: d...@gurkowski.com

[minor] Section 2.2 in the handbook is slightly misleading in the way it lists
the architecture requirements for system processor, specifically in regards to
Intel processors not listed under amd64. Release page:
https://www.freebsd.org/where.html has a much more concise and clear
explanation but they don't link to one another and can cause confusion because
of differences in wording.
