Geez, talk about a bleak outlook for the future. I see myself flying over
a frozen Hell on the back of a pig before that happens.

Actually, it's the first time I've replied to one of your troll posts
before. Seeing (from both current and previous postings) that you're
clearly not capable of holding a reasonable discussion, it'll be the last.

Further messages on the subject will be ignored by me, but I expect you'll
post them to bolster your own ego anyway.

This is relevant to -hackers in what way?

It would have been very different. Clearly this is something you are
incapable of comprehending. In any case, this is a technical discussion
list: not a discussion forum for the varying interpretations of trolls.

This discussion has strayed from what the original topic. Perhaps it's
time for you to end it and go away.

Trying to mount an audio CD causes a kernel panic

2000-12-02 Thread George Reid

Hey,
Could somebody take a look at the patch I wrote for the panic that occurs
when an audio CD is mounted as if it were a CD9660 filesystem?

In retrospect, the ioctl in the patch needs to re-retrieve the medium
information from the drive, but that should be relatively trivial.
