I wouldn't remove them in other people's areas. Howdy, I'm wondering what the utility of files like FREEBSD-Upgrade and FREEBSD-Xlist which describe how to import stuff in src/contrib in branches other than HEAD. It makes sense to me to remove these files in other brakes, opinions?
