Fetching the distfiles works fine for me -- this appears to be some sort
of DNS lookup failure on the builders.

Huh?  This is exactly the same error as in the previous set of emails
from pkg-fallout and precisely what the changes to pkg-plist  I
committed in response to that would have fixed.  Does the pkg builder
have r329101 of head/www/p5-RT-Authen-ExternalAuth/pkg-plist ?
