mozalloc.cpp uses malloc_usable_size() only if configure detects its
presence in libc or LIBS and malloc_np.h if it exists and is not buggy
i.e., simply including the header doesn't produce errors.

On /head firefox also uses the new jemalloc3 api in malloc_np.h to
implement jemalloc_stats and malloc_good_size() instead of overriding
the malloc() in libc like it does for /stable/[89].

Maybe -O3 overoptimizes regex in libc e.g.,

$ echo '#if @GNULIB_EUIDACCESS@' | sed 's/@GNULIB_EUIDACCESS@/0/'
#if @GNULIB_EUIDACCESS@

$ echo 'xxx' | sed 's/xxx//'

It seems that there is a fix from July 20 of last year in the code
of startdict:

http://code.google.com/p/stardict-3/issues/detail?id=31

I will test this and report back to maintainer if it works to be
included in the port.

FreeBSD Port: powerdns-recursor-3.3

2013-04-15 Thread florus
Hi, first thanks for the ports of the powerdns daemons.
Last night I finally upgraded the recursor to 3.3 and noticed that during
that process the recursor.conf is overwritten by the same file as
recursor.conf-dist, which is a bit scary :)

Maybe it is on purpose?

Thanks
