It builds fine on 12, 11.2, 11.1. 10.4i builds llvm60, but I guess
it's working fine. So I can approve that update.

Ah, ok.

I'm trying to use it, according to:

  https://wiki.freebsd.org/WebcamCompat

there is something for Lenovo Laptops (I have a X201).

product 0x480c Chicony Electronics Co., Ltd.
  0x17ef:0x480c

usbconfig says:

  ugen0.4: at usbus0, cfg=0 md=HOST spd=HIGH
(480 Mbps) pwr=ON (200mA)

So I try

  webcamd -l

and it reports:

webcamd [-d ugen0.4] -N vendor-0x17ef-product-0x4816 -S unknown -M 0

So the next step is:

  webcamd -d ugen0.4 -N vendor-0x17ef-product-0x4816 -S unknown -M 0

It says:

Attached to ugen0.4[0]
Creating /dev/video0
Creating /dev/video1

Now what ?

Try to install pwcview from ports and run that.

FreeBSD ports you maintain which are out of date

2018-07-14 Thread portscout
Dear port maintainer,

The portscout new distfile checker has detected that one or more of your
ports appears to be out of date. Please take the opportunity to check
each of the ports listed below, and if possible and appropriate,
submit/commit an update. If any ports have already been updated, you can
safely ignore the entry.

You will not be e-mailed again for any of the port/version combinations
below.

Full details can be found at the following URL:
http://portscout.freebsd.org/po...@freebsd.org.html

Port| Current version | New version
+-+
databases/postgresql-plv8js | 1.4.8 | v2.3.7
+-+
games/freedoko | 0.7.16 | 0.7.18
+-+
lang/csharp-mode.el | 0.9.0 | v0.9.2
+-+

If any of the above results are invalid, please check the following page
for details on how to improve portscout's detection and selection of
distfiles on a per-port basis:

http://portscout.freebsd.org/info/portscout-portconfig.txt

Thanks.

Re: new icestorm/arachne/yosys fpga toolchain port for cad/

Just FYI, I have just tested the tools (installed from ports) by
putting a small Verilog program on my Nandland Go board.
They work great!
Thank you!
