glpk installation problem

===>  glpk-4.42 cannot install: unknown MySQL version: 54.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/ports/math/glpk.



How can I resolve this? Program is required by Octave

mysql5.4 removed from ports tree, so just replace it to 5.0/5.1/5.5 and
try again
