messages from named

hi freebsd experts, i am a complete newbie and seem to need lots of help on get my 
name server running.
1) i keep getting these messages every few minutes on my screen.
bind(dfd=20, [xxx.xxx.1.103].53): Address already in use
Dec 15 12:41:48 host named[5142]: deleting interface [xxx.xxx.1.103].53
Dec 15 12:41:48 host named[5142]: bind(dfd=20, [127.0.0.1].53): Address already in use
Dec 15 12:41:48 host named[5142]: deleting interface [127.0.0.1].53
can anyone please explain what they meant?
2) my name server can lookup remote domain names but not vice versa, my name server is 
registered with my registrar. what could be the problem?

Printing in FreeBSD

Hi, I am fairly new to FreeBSD and I am experiencing problems with printing.
i have a Samsung ML-1710 USB printer, when i check the
dmesg, it is detected, but it won't print. can anyone give me some directions of where 
to find answers? thank you
