32 or 64 bit as server ?

I'm thinking of renting a hosting server and I have an offer of getting a
FreeBSD 8.1 server. I want to run MySQL 5.x, PHP5, apache2.2 on it and 
I'm asking myself
whether it would matter if I choose 32 of 64 bit ?
