I use the intel PCI-X cards with multiple OS's. They have 2 and 4 port versions. /Nota bene/: I bought an (AGP) PRO/1000 GT dual port a while back. PRO/1000s generally were harder to find and (if I remember correctly) the two- and four-porters more expensive per port tham /N/ single-port cards.
