I have never had any trouble printing to a Postscript printer from FreeBSD. It's not really a FreeBSD thing--send PostScript to a PostScript printer, and it'll print. So it's really up to the programs producing the output. I assume (hope) that this would work trouble-free on FreeBSD. It has parallel port and ethernet connections.
