Try the following commands for each bit

 lspci List PCI devices
 cat /proc/cpuingo - Cpu info
 free - Memory Info
 fdisk -l - Disk info

 Hope that helps

How to tell what hardware in server ?

2003-03-06 Thread Wayne Pascoe
Hi all,

Is there any way to tell what hardware is in a server without rebooting
it and checking dmesg?

I'm just looking for Processor type, memory, stuff like that. I know I
can get the number of processors with sysctl, but nothing else there :(

TIA,
