Yes, but you'll have to roll your own.

If you're running FreeBSD-5, you can take a look at editing /etc/rc.d/cleartmp

For FreeBSD-4, you'll need to take a look at editing /etc/rc, near clear_tmp_enable.

You might want to use the daily_clean_tmps_* settings instead (used by
File /etc/periodic/daily/110.clean-tmps ).  clear_tmp_enable applies to
the bootup clean only.
