Correct, when you installed Apache, the user/group www ( 80 ) was added to the system. 
The acct is passwordless, thus, preventing anyone from logging. These accts are needed 
because your httpd.conf file says run the server as user/group www(80).

User I didn't add

I was looking into my /var/log/userlog and I came across something.
[root:useradd] www(80):www(80):World Wide Web Owner:/nonexistent. I didn't
create it and I don't know the password. I installed apache. Did it add the
user? Because I don't know the password?
