If so i want a /etc/rc.d/ftpd script too

Nope. It's a subsystem of sshd, its client interface only resembles ftp just
as scp resembles rcp.

i that case i dont need ftpd :) so i change my vote to leave all the
insecurity in one big insecure inetd server :)
Should we load /sbin/init via inetd :)?
