webcamd vs rc.conf

I have enable_webcamd=YES in rc.conf

If I comment it out, it complains, and in, it complains.

None of these are going into any log file.  They do not get reported by a 
subsequent invocation of dmesg.

I think you're backwards.

I think it should be:
webcamd_enable=YES

What happens when you use that?

It was just a typo.  I had been using this for awhile, and recent changes made 
it act weird.  It didn't act weird under 8.1.
