same problem here. discovered an entry in my (default) cvsup refuse
file with `src/etc/sendmail/freebsd.mc`. bit weird though? why put that
in the default refuse file?

Hi, I run sevral jails on 4.9 with a heavey usage of mount_nullfs with
absolutly no crashes or had any problems with it, same with 4.8 (upgraded
from 4.8 to 4.9, no mount_nullfs changes to the box)

In the jails, I run bind,samba,apache,smtp/imap
server(maildir),squid,mysqld,sshd,pureftpd.

This is my mount output:

bash-2.05b# mount
/dev/ad1s1a on / (ufs, local)
/dev/ad1s1f on /tmp (ufs, local, soft-updates)
/dev/ad1s1g on /usr (ufs, local, soft-updates)
/dev/ad1s1e on /var (ufs, local, soft-updates)
procfs on /proc (procfs, local)
/dev/ad3s1 on x(ufs, local, soft-updates)
/dev/ad4s1 on xx(ufs, local, soft-updates)
/dev/ad5s1 on xx(ufs, local, soft-updates)
/dev/ad6s1 on x(ufs, local, soft-updates)
/usr/ports on /usr/local/jails/xxx/usr/ports (null, local)
/usr/ports on /usr/local/jails/x/usr/ports (null, local)
/usr/ports on /usr/local/jails/xx/usr/ports (null, local)

Regards,

James

It was an example. You were supposed to change it to what you needed. To many
people didn't and it has been removed from the current example.

make package

2003-11-16 Thread nobody nobody
Hello,

I recently tried to build my packages of FreeBSD-4.9 stable for my case. I
noticed that the packages of dependencies were not build under the
$PACKAGES/All and I man man ports which didn't show the option to do that.
(e.g. cvsup-without-gui needs libiconv ... ) I would like to know if there
exists any options or methods to build the dependencies packages as well
while I try to build the packages (e.g. cvsup-without-gui).

Thanks.

Clarence

You can use ports/sysutils/portupgrade to run the following:

portinstall -pR cvsup-without-gui

-ip
