Since about week 11-STABLE is building debug files regardless of src.conf settings

Hello, 

I have 

WITHOUT_DEBUG_FILES=true
WITHOUT_ASSERT_DEBUG=true
WITHOUT_KERNEL_SYMBOLS=true

in src.conf. 

Nonetheless, in the last two updates I had files removed from 
/usr/lib/debug/ upon make-delete-old.

I have no CD/DVD drive installed, but you can use external one for sure.
