 I try disabling EHCI and USB in loader (because Compaq BIOS dont have
 settings for disabling USB controller):
 
 hint.ehci.0.disabled=1
 hint.usb.0.disabled=1
 
 The same issue  after
 
 ehci0: [GIANT LOCKED]
 ehci0: [ITHREAD]
 
 system hang.

A hang can indicate an IRQ issue.

Try to enable USB debugging:

sysctl hw.usb.ehci.debug=15

I do not have this possibility. It would be cool if I could boot
FreeBSD from CD/DVD with standart kernel, and then  compile custom on
this notebook.
