These security issues have apparently been assigned the ID 
CVE-2012-5645 -- see here .
(At time of writing it's not associated with Freeciv in the master database
; I assume the
description will trickle back later.)

They had missed the fact that two issues were reported in this single ticket.
CVE description contained both, but they provided only one fix. I informed
them about this. I assume they will assign new CVE to the other half (rather
than update existing one to contain second fix also, as that would lead to
confusion with those who already list current CVE as fixed)

Lucinasco, Marinasco and Martinasco are toponyms, not personal names. I've
replaced them by some other Ligurian leaders. I also added a few towns from
the Roman Alpine provinces, which were formerly Ligurian client states.

[Freeciv-Dev] [patch #3574] Fixed SVG nation flag files

Follow-up Comment #2, patch #3574 (project freeciv):

Patch smoothly applies to both trunk and S2_4.
This patch "fixes" all the flags for 2.3.2; as of now, I'm not checking for
other flags (2.4 and trunk) as I would have to edit and test on browser every
single image manually, so it'd be a tedious and long task.
