Follow-up Comment #2, bug #16438 (project freeciv):

There are potential usage of wrong pointers in the city report. Maybe it's
linked with that. For 2.3.x version, it will be corrected by bug #16699.

Details:

I got the message:

1: apply_result_on_server(city 0=�) !check_city()!


The city name looks very strange, probably using a wrong pointer. I don't
know how to reproduce.
